Due to a surge in holiday demand, some orders have been delayed. CurveINS manufactures items in small batches to minimize environmental impact, so inventory is limited. We are increasing production and fulfillment to expedite your order as quickly as possible.

Why have I only received part of my order? Plus

Most likely, our fulfillment team opted to ship your items in separate packages. This decision was made to ensure you receive items as soon as they are available and, for larger orders, to ensure everything reaches you safely and quickly.

Why am I not getting email responses from you? Plus

Please check your spam folder! We respond to every message within 24 hours. To ensure you receive all follow-up responses and order updates, please add our email address, support@curveins.com, to your email whitelist. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Click here.

How can I make a return? Plus

Contact CURVEINS at support@CURVEINS.com to start a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges must be authorized in advance; unauthorized returns will not qualify for refunds or exchanges, and lost goods will not be our responsibility.Once we receive your return or exchange, we'll email you to confirm. We'll inspect the item and notify you of approval or denial based on our policy and the item's condition. Approved exchanges or refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5-7 business days to appear.For help with your return or exchange, reach out to our customer service at support@CURVEINS.com. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, and products must be returned in their original condition.

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain. Please note that Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. For more information, please visit our Shipping Info page.

How to track my order? Plus

To track your order status, visit our Order Tracking page. Enter the email address you used when placing the order and your order number, then click on "Track."

Why does my order show as delivered, but I haven't received it? Plus

Here are some steps and suggestions to help resolve this issue:

  • Verify that the shipping address for your order is correct.
  • Check your mailbox or ask your neighbors if they have received the package on your behalf.
  • Wait 48 hours, as packages may sometimes be marked as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
  • If you still haven't received your item within 3 business days, please contact us via email.
