Return Policy

Return Eligibility 

  1. All purchases, except for Final Sale/Flash
       Most items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the last package in your order, except:
  • Final Sale / Flash Sale / Clearance items
  • Swimwear, underwear, panties
  • Accessories
  •  Items marked as “Final Sale” and priced $40 or less are not eligible for return or exchange.
  1. Returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, free of odors (such as perfume or tobacco), and free of pet hair. Items must also include the original tags and packaging.
  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
  • The item received is incorrect or damaged due to our error.

Return Instructions

  1. All returns must be sent back to our U.S. warehouse.
  1. For U.S. domestic customers, we offer two return options:
  • Request a return label from our customer service; a flat $9.9 fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Or choose to ship the item back yourself, and contact support for the return address.
    1. For customers outside the U.S., return shipping must be arranged at your own expense. We are currently unable to provide return labels for international orders.
    1. To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@CURVEINS.com. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


    Refund & Exchange Process
    1. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect its condition and send you an update via email.
    2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days, and returned to the original payment method.
    3. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account or credit card.

    Order Cancellation

    1. Orders can be canceled before shipping. A full refund will be issued.
    2. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please submit a help ticket via our Contact Us page.

     

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If your refund hasn't appeared, please:
    1. Wait a few more business days.
    2. Contact your bank or credit card provider.
    3. Still no updates? Email us at support@CURVEINS.com, and we’ll follow up within 3–5 business days.
