RETURN POLICY
**Return Eligibility**
1. All purchases, except for Final Sale/Flash Sale/Clearance items, swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories, are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the last package in your order. Items labeled "Final Sale" that are $20 and under are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
2. Products must be returned in their original condition, and customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
3.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
**Return and Exchange Procedure**
1. To initiate a return or exchange, contact CURVEINS at support@CURVEINS.com. We will respond as soon as possible. Returns or exchanges that do not comply with the above terms will not be authorized by CURVEINS. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and we will not be responsible for lost goods.
2. Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. We will inspect the item and inform you whether your return or exchange has been approved or denied. This decision will be made at CURVEINS’s sole discretion based on the condition of the item and our policy terms. If approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take approximately 5-7 business days to appear.

**Order Cancellation**
Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped. If cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped. To cancel an order, please submit a help ticket through our Contact Us page.
**Late or Missing Refunds**
Refunds may take several days to process and appear in your bank or credit card account. If you have not received your refund, please wait a few days and then check with your bank or credit card company. If they cannot confirm the refund status, contact us at support@CURVEINS.com We will respond within 3-5 business days.
